These terms cover your purchase and use of The Equipment Freedom Manual and your use of getacreon.com. Buying the manual means you accept them.
Who you are buying from
Acreon is a project of Dykros Media LLC, a limited liability company registered in New Mexico, United States. Contact: dykrosmedia@gmail.com.
What you are buying
A digital product: a 42-page PDF containing 21 numbered systems, worksheets and reference tables. There is no physical shipment and no ongoing subscription. You pay once.
- Delivery is immediate. The download is available as soon as your payment clears.
- Access is permanent. The file is yours to keep, print and store.
- Future editions of the manual are included at no extra cost.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the manual for your own farm or business. You may print copies for your own operation and share it with people working directly in it.
You may not resell it, republish it, post it publicly, distribute it to people outside your operation, or use its contents to build a competing product. Copyright stays with Dykros Media LLC.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page before you buy and is charged in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. Stripe acts as the merchant of record for your transaction, which means Stripe is responsible for calculating, collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. We never see or store your card details.
We can change the price of the manual at any time. A change never affects a purchase already made.
Refunds
The manual carries a specific money-back guarantee tied to what it claims to do. The full terms are on the refund policy page, and they are part of these terms.
What the manual is and is not
The manual is an educational decision-making framework built from farmer experience and public data.
It is not legal advice, financial advice, or a repair guide for any specific machine. Dollar figures, labour rates and savings ranges in it are documented examples and reported results, not promises about your operation. Equipment, dealer agreements, warranty terms and right-to-repair law all vary by brand, model, contract and state, and they change over time.
For legal questions, complex mechanical work, or anything involving warranty or contract risk, consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions you make about your own equipment.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dykros Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the manual, including lost profits, equipment damage or downtime. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid for the manual.
Availability of this site
We do not guarantee the site is available without interruption. We may change or withdraw the manual from sale at any time. If we withdraw it, buyers keep their copy and their access.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always tells you which version is current. The terms that apply to your purchase are the ones published on the day you bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. If you are buying as a consumer somewhere with stronger mandatory consumer protections, those protections still apply to you.
