Privacy Policy
Effective 19 August 2026 · Dykros Media LLC
The short version. This website collects nothing about you. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts, no email capture. The free checklist does not ask for your address. If you never buy, we never learn anything about you at all.
What this site does not do
We want to be specific rather than reassuring, because most privacy policies say the opposite of what the site actually does. On getacreon.com there are:
- No cookies. The site sets none, first party or third party.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no Plausible, no heatmaps, no session recording.
- No email capture. There is no form on the page. The free 8-point checklist downloads directly, with no address and no purchase.
- No account. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to store.
The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address in order to serve the font files. That is the only third-party request the page makes before you decide to buy.
What happens when you buy
Checkout happens on Stripe, not on this site. Stripe acts as merchant of record through its Managed Payments service, and it collects your email address, your payment details and the billing country it needs for tax purposes. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy. Stripe also sends your receipt and any invoice, and it may contact you about the transaction itself.
What reaches us is limited: your email address, what you bought, when, and the amount. We use it for exactly three things: delivering the file, answering you if you write to us, and processing a refund if you ask for one. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which for a US company is generally seven years. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for support and then deleted.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you those rights explicitly, along with the right to complain to your national data protection authority. If you are in California, the CCPA gives you comparable rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Write to dykrosmedia@gmail.com and we will action it. We cannot delete a record we are legally required to keep for tax purposes, and we will tell you if that applies.
Children
This is a product for people running a farm business. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. If a change ever meant we started collecting something we do not collect today, we would say so plainly here rather than quietly widening the wording.
