Refund Policy
Effective 19 August 2026 · Dykros Media LLC
The guarantee in one sentence. Run the 8-point invoice audit on twelve months of your dealer invoices. If it does not find you more than the price you paid, reply to your receipt and we refund you in full, and you keep the file.
Why it is written that way
The manual makes a specific claim: that a first-pass invoice audit typically surfaces real money. The refund is tied to that claim rather than to whether you liked the writing. If the manual cannot clear its own price, it should not have it.
The standard 30-day refund
Separately from the guarantee above, you can ask for a refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You do not have to run the audit first, and you do not have to explain yourself. There is no form and no exit survey.
How to ask
- Reply to your purchase receipt, or email dykrosmedia@gmail.com.
- Include the email address you bought with, so the order can be found.
- You do not need to attach your invoices or prove anything. We are not going to audit your audit.
What happens next
- Refunds are approved within 2 business days of the request.
- The money goes back to the original payment method. Your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days after that, which is outside our control.
- The refund is for the full amount you paid, including any tax charged at checkout.
- You keep the PDF. We do not revoke access to a file you have already downloaded, and we will not ask you to delete it.
After 30 days
The 30-day window is the formal policy. Write to us anyway if something has genuinely gone wrong, for example a corrupted file or a download that never worked. We would rather fix it than hold you to a date.
Chargebacks
Please email before opening a dispute with your bank. A refund requested directly is faster for you than a chargeback, and it does not put a mark on the account that pays for making this material.
